This one is a bit Impreasionistic. The light of mid day is captured in bold textured strokes. Some buildings like the AON Center and Smurfit Stone are composed of single strokes. Whites and pale colors add to the tranquility. I particularly like the way the white paint parts the water in the middle right side, inviting the viewer into the scene.
