This delightful Chicago skyline is hand painted in oils. The richly textured paint depicts familiar buildings of the city swaying in a playful way, as if listening to music. Sailboats bounce by, enjoying the show. I love the way the buildings look like a village of living characters in this one.
This was painted on a cradled wood panel. The sides of the panel are 1.5 inches thick and stained walnut. It’s signed dated and titled.
