A line train climbs a delightful hill in this original oil painting. Familiar buildings of Chicago skyline are depicted in a whimsical way. They almost seem to greet the inbound train. Gracefully arched waves of the lake mirror the curves of the clouds in sky. A gently rotating sun rides a cloud which echoes the rise and decent of the train. The rolling green hills hold the composition together. This is Chicago at its cheerful best.
